Felicia Goykhman is the warm and welcoming heart of Growing Grove Academy Inc. With a degree in Finance and Business Analytics from Drexel University, she initially started her career in the corporate world. But as a mother and someone who loves working with children, Felicia realized her true passion was in early childhood education.
With years of experience nurturing young minds in various childcare centers, Felicia decided to create something special of her own. At Growing Grove Academy, she combines her business know-how with a genuine love for helping children grow and learn.
Felicia’s approach is all about creating a safe, joyful space where children can explore, be curious, and develop a lifelong love for learning. Her friendly, hands-on leadership ensures that every child and family feels welcomed and supported, making Growing Grove Academy a place where both kids and parents can thrive.
Christiana Kostinsky co-founded Growing Grove Academy with a vision to create a nurturing and inspiring space for children to grow and thrive. With a background in software architecture and a Bachelor of Fine Arts with a minor in Art History, she brings a unique blend of creativity and technical expertise to the academy.
Christiana’s journey through diverse studies, including youth empowerment and urban studies, fueled her passion for cultivating young minds. At Growing Grove Academy, she seamlessly integrates her love for the arts with her technological knowledge, crafting an environment where children are encouraged to explore, create, and think critically.
Her cheerful and dedicated approach ensures that each child at Growing Grove Academy receives a well-rounded education, fostering curiosity, creativity, and personal growth.
